About the Swirly Girl

I’m sweet, I’m sassy, and I’m very sarcastic. I write, I cook, I think. I play with my kids and I read way too much. I always need to know what time it is but I rarely wear a watch. I both despise and am addicted to social networking and my iPhone. I’m in favor of organic, local food and low prices. I like it dark and quiet and still and cool but I also need the sun and salt and sand of the beach. I make a killer vodka tonic and the best freaking brownies you have ever tasted. I love my job, my kids and my friends,  and people call me the Forest Seer.  I’m relentless with grammar, spelling and manners and I hate to clean house. I don’t know what I’ll be writing here but whatever it is, I hope you will find that it speaks to you.  Writing is my craft and my art and my soul, and one day I will find a way to make a living doing it. Sometimes I feel like Wonder Woman. Sometimes I feel like Super Girl. Sometimes I feel like turning up the radio really loud, rolling down the windows and driving around really fast.
